Terms & Conditions

Each and every order is a unique order.  As such, every purchase is non-refundable except in the following cases:

• The order is not what you ordered
• The package is totally destroyed in shipping, and then you must file a claim with the United States Postal Service upon receipt of the shipment
• We do not accept returns without authorization from sales@maggiewintleart.com
• We do not pay return shipping
• We reserve the right to make the greeting card wide or tall, (Portrait or Landscape), to best fit the picture.  Because of the aspect ratio, (which is width versus height), sometimes not all of the image will fit every card.  We will do our very best to insure this does not happen. 
• If we just simply can not make the image you select fit the template you have selected, we will give you the option of a full refund, chose a different image or chose a different template.
